Do you take commission on the sale?

No. We charge a subscription to list — you keep 100% of the sale price. No hidden percentage.

What if my horse sells in a week?

Excellent. Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months, but you can pause billing until your next horse.

What does the Verified badge actually verify?

We confirm your identity (passport / ID), business registration (if applicable), and a recent transaction history. We do not verify each horse's medical history — that remains between you and the buyer's PPE veterinarian.

Can buyers contact me directly?

Yes — through in-app messaging. We do not expose phone numbers or email addresses publicly, to protect both sides from spam and scams.

Do you handle the transaction or escrow?

Not yet — that's coming in our next phase. For now, buyer and seller agree on payment terms directly. An optional escrow service is planned for a later phase.

Which countries do you cover?

Pan-European at launch, with primary focus on Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium. English, German, and Dutch supported initially.
